All together now... :-) Yes, that sounds good. Alternatively (and possibly easier to implement?), add an 'Append signature' action to the list in the Filters panel? In the meantime, no Applescripts out there? I had a quick look at the PM Applescript dictionary - that's about the extent of my AS knowledge - and it looks as though something along the lines of "if <recipient> then <signature>" should be possible. Maybe when I get a moment... TimH
