There is the text-signature pop-up in the lower right of the compose window; you can also choose a default signature under Setup > Mail Accounts. As for more generalized pasting of text blocks, take a look at the Text Clippings facility (the little note-paddy thing up and to the left of the text area in the compose window). >And, can I insert an image as a header of the body?
