Yes, I reported something similar a few weeks ago - it happens on all my computers, even after freshly installing Powermail and creating a new user environment with fresh databases. It started when I put 5.0.2b1 on my machines, but it also does it now ith 5.0.1. I have tried everything - including disk warrior to see if there was a disk problem.
