My isp instituted a similar spam check device, only with voluntary usage. I would not use it until they made it possible to pre-approve mailing list addresses. Now I do use it as I can compose the letter that goes out myself, approve my own senders in actual time; and configure other filters of my own choosing. -- Barbara Needham
