This bug occurs whenever the title bar of a mail message (from the Mail
Browser, Recent Mail, etc.) just so happens to position itself in the
same area as your mouse pointer, when you double-click to open the
message. It seems as if PowerMail is getting an extra "click" of the
mouse, when this occurs, minimizing the window, as normal.

An easy way to test this is to open a message in the Mail Browser, then
position the message window so that its title bar is overtop of the
subject of the message (from the Mail Browser, behind the message
window). Next, close the window and reopen it in the Mail Browser. It
will open then immediately magically minimize into the Dock...at least is
does for me. :)

Here is a workaround, until this is fixed: When opening a message that
this is happening to (again, the message window has to be in just the
right part of your screen, so not every message is affected), double-
click the message to open it, but hold down the mouse for an extra
second, "grab" the message window and move it just a bit. This will
prevent it from minimizing to the dock.
