Hi, we also have the same SMTP server, and it works for my accounts on that server. I just created an account for her email address on my powermail, and was able to send mail - tried it again from hers, and still no go. I then started up Powermail 4.2.1 on hers, created a new user environment and a new account with her email, and it worked.
Are there others out there using Powermail 5 and OS 10.2.8? Nothing else is really different between our machines (except I have alot more junk installed on mine). It seems the only solution is to downgrade her Powermail. :( jrh >Could be that a setting in 'Outgoing SMTP Server' needs changing. >Have a word with your ISP. > >Brian Jacobs > >Mon, 28 Jun 2004 21:23:48 +0200 John R.
