I switched to PM 1 year ago and am quite happy with it (I bought a 5-user license & switched the whole family over, in fact). Clean interface, easy to configure, and this email list is very helpful and supportive. Very important (to me, anyway) is the amazing search capability. For instance...I just searched all 36,000 records in my database for any that contained the word 'dog' anywhere in the message. It returned 127 messages in under 2 seconds.
