Best would be to "clean-up" (rebuild) all user-privilegs (should be done from time to time). You can do it with the harddisk-serviceprogram (part of OS-X-service- programs) or with a tool like OnyX (<http://www.titanium.free.fr/>), which is very good! After restart PM 5 should work ...
