a) make sure you only have 1 instance of SpamSieve on your drive
b) delete all spam filters in version 5 of PM
c) go through the setup in setup > spam filter assistant
d) go to filter window and tweak (e.g. put filter further down in list or so)
e) go to menu - preferences - mark as spam and tweak to content.
