Update to that bug: Filters applied manually do not seem to work at all.
Filters get applied fine to messages when they are called automatically,
but they don't seem to work using the Apply All Filters menu command or
keyboard shortcut.

Eg. I send a friend an email and a filter auto-moves the message to that
friend's folder. If I then drag the message back to the Out Tray and
manually apply the filter again, the message remains in the out tray,
rather than getting filtered back to the friend's folder.

Is this a bug or a feature that I'm too dumb to appreciate?
(If there was something wrong with my filter setup, I would assume that
the filter would not work when called automatically).
