I cannot open either "Buy PowerMail and SpamSieve" or "Upgrade from Powermail 3-4" on the PM5b12 disk image (I get blank documents in TextEdit). Has the upgrade cost or whether or not there is a deal for PM owners to purchase SpamSieve been documented elsewhere?
