I often get lost in the Unicode confusion, so I just created a tool for my own sake: <[PROTECTED]/puter/tools/transcode.shtml> Since this list is the only place that has many Unicode users, I was wondering if anyone could bang at it to see if you can error it. I only tested with Japanese. Anyone is interested, the source code is visible for now. Eventually I will move it to cgi reference.
