On starting Power mail I get an error message "can't open the index file". I am unable to empty my mail trash. I have used the option- command startup and have run the first aid files, but at the end I get the same "can't open index file" message. When I try to close power mail I get another error message "An error occurred while closing users files. uncaught exception type". I have to force quit to get out of the program. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
