Very interesting to see advices from different point of views :-) I have seen this type of problem not only with PM but also any emailer under legacy OSes, and usually it is caused by some kind of offending encoded character makes display confused. When I get this under MSOutlook, I had to open Source to see the content. The typical offender is, you guessed, UTF-8!!
