Dragging a file onto the PowerMail only creates a new send window if you
drag ONE file onto the PM icon. If you drag TWO (or more) files onto the
icon, it creates TWO (or more) send windows, each with one of the files. 

However, the droplet works as expected. It creates ONE send window for
all the files that were dragged onto it.
