Absolutely!  There are instructions in the SpamSieve documentation on how
to do this.  Basically, you set up a filter in PM to Execute the
Applescript 'Spamsieve - Move if Spam'.

BTW, I am very happy with Spamsieve, I've gotten maybe 2 false positives
in the past month.
