Where do I go to change the outgoing SMTP mail server? In PM the option is grayed out for one of my e-mail accounts (in Setup>Mail Accounts...). Making the change in Apple's Mail does not result in the change taking place in this PM account, and the option is still grayed out. Yes, a workaround is to create a new account, which I have done, but presumably the inability to change affects the setting for other mail applications I may use. So...?
