You don't want to Cut, you want to Clear. Hit backspace. Thanks to Marlyse for pointing this out though; I've had the same frustration as you, Larry. I would click on either the name or address, and then by the time I hit backspace, the text field would inevitably become hilited so it would clear the field but not the whole entry.
