PowerMail may not be the best choice if you want all your mail in HTML with images. But do make sure that you have checked, under Preferences, as well as the preference for HTML, to "download external images." If that is not turned on when the mail is downloaded, turning it on later doesn't get the images for that mail. At least from what I have observed. -- Barbara Needham
