After receiving 4 mails, PM suddenly crashed for no apparent reason. Upon restarting, the 4 mails were lost, and I cannot send /save a new message, nor receive others. It apparently starts downloading messages, but nothing appears. Oddly enough, the two folders of the 4 messages in question are still highlighted, without a trace of the new messages themselves.
Trashed the .plist Tried to compact the databse: receive error (file is busy). Similar error message when trying to send something. How do I get PM back to normal? PM 4.2.1, OS X 10.2.8, PB G4/667 Willem
