Two things come to mind:
1... set up an action trigger on the mailserver. Just checked, and that
does seem possible with EIMS, but I did not test it.
2... do the post-send filter, and filter to a folder that can be scripted
to deal with new entries, and deal with those new entries as you desire.
3... Beg Jerome to create 'stationery', and enable 'new message using...'
and 'reply using...' ;-)
