In addition in mail schedulings and locations you can choose "simultaneously" or "one at a time." Also make sure all the accounts you want to check have a check mark under "Connection/Connect" [which is what Jim said above, just to clarify that the "list" of accounts is under the Menu item Connection]. -- Barbara Needham
