I've written a script that will take an Exchange calendar event and place it into iCal. The only thing that needs tweaking afterward is the Time Zone. There's no way to do it in AppleScript. I use the script because I'm not on the Exchange server and I do get "invitations" to meetings. If you want the script let me know.
