I'm having a problem with spam e-mails. I use SpamSieve and today two spam e-mails came in and weren't recognized as spam so went into my In Tray. I selected them and clicked on the "SpamSieve - Add Spam" script to flag them as spam and move them to my Spam folder. They vanished from my In Tray but my Spam folder is empty - or at least appears to be empty. I remembered that both spams had the word "Curn" in the Subject line (probably a typo for "Earn") so I did a search for "Curn". The two e- mails were found in my Spam folder! However when I open my Spam folder they are not there. I thought that I may have had a second folder called Spam in one of my Sub-folders, so renamed the Spam folder to "Junk" and ran the search again. This time it found the two spams in the Junk folder.
I have run the low-level rebuild and rebuilt the index but this doesn't help. It isn't a big problem now but may be pointing to some underlying problem which needs fixing. Any ideas on how to recover these mails? Geoff Roynon -- Using PowerMail 4.2.1 (SpamSieve 2.0.2) on a G4/450, 512 MB RAM, under MacOSX 10.2.6 (Classic 9.2.1)
