I looked over their site, and it appears they do have a user forum.
Perhaps you could get help from someone familiar with the product's
scriptability in that forum. You may have to get your feet wet with a
little AppleScript knowledge if you wanted to direct your question to a
mailing list or forum geared towards AppleScript. On Apple's discussion
forums, (<http://discussions.info.apple.com/>) they have an AppleScript
forum. There are also AS mailing lists if you are interested. I use
FileMaker Pro too extensively to start from scratch with another
database/information management application, so I'm afraid I wouldn't be
of much help. My knowledge of AppleScript is usually just enough to get
the job done. (I'm still struggling with what to do with the HTML
messages I receive in PowerMail. With Emailer, the HTML was always a
separate attachment, so I could easily stash the file with an AppleScript
and insert just the path to the file in a FMPro field. So, I've turned my
attention to working on the FMPro interface a little bit more while I
decide how to tackle this hurdle with the tools I have available. I don't
get enough HTML messages that are worth keeping to stress over it too
much while considering whether to switch to Apple's Mail.app when I get
Panther because I heard AS support has been improved.)

I imagine there are PowerMail users who could help with the PM side of
the AppleScripts to get you started if you wanted to undertake a
completely custom solution by doing it yourself.
