This happens with some HTML files, but not all. I'll click on a message (no distinction between icon or title - never thought about it) and after a second or two the beach ball starts spinning. I have to force quit to use PM again. It always happens with Business Week's Online Insider newsletter, which I can neither attach nor forward to you because PowerMail freezes up.
