I noticed this yesterday myself. However, I have no auto-redirects or
forwards in my filters. During some transferring of audio material I had
to restart into Mac OS 9, when I launched Powermail, a new message was
put into the folder that had the negative message. When I viewed the new
message, the count went back to 0 and I no longer had a bold folder icon.
This may simply be odd coincidence, or it may be real, but if it's true
then there may be some differences in Mac OS X vs. Mac OS 9 with PowerMail.
