Yes, because sometimes, in mail lists, we have pretty fast exchanges that
involve quoting the text -- for reference purposes -- but with the real
action taking place at the top of the e-mail.

Nope. I can tell PM I want to reply at the top of the message, but it
will still insert the signature at the end. :-/

Sounds great, but what I really want to do is throw a random signature
quote wherever I whish with the mere click of a mouse. ;-)
