I reported a problem of this sort in October of 2002 with PowerMail 4.0.1. I thought it was a 78 character limit (with <>s makes 80?). I encountered it trying to establish a new AOL IM handle which requires a similar lengthy reply-to to confirm. Not sure of a workaround other than keeping the reply-to address shorter. Chris --
