Howdy, I just converted my Pismo Powerbook to Powermail. Previously, I was using Netscapes' Messenger and then Mac OS X mail. I liked Messenger, but the browser was old and on OS 9. I tried the upgrade, but was not impressed. Safari is good. Anyway, I needed something like Messenger, and Powermail has all the features plus some. The only trouble I am having is with my big group email adresses getting hung up. The big groups are 185 - 250 addresses each. I have no problem with a group of 25 addresses (my joke group), but when I send the big groups my newsletter, the process stops. I get the window showing the progress bar all the way until the end and that's where is stops.
Mail and Messenger sent these messages to my big groups with no problems. Thanks, Steve
