These folders are used during back and forth emailings on specific subjects. When These subjects are finished, I would like to save all the emails pertaining to them elsewhere on my Hard drive. I know that I can save them one at a time in their outside of Powermail folders, but this is very time consuming. Is there anyway I can Highlite them all and move them to the new location?
