I haven't gotten around this. The script doesn't work on hidden messages.
In fact many of the folders I have listed simply return 0 total messages
and the script goes to the next folder in the list. I'm waiting patiently
for CTM to add a variable to message container to set the view. Something
on the order of:

set message container "xxx" to view all/unread only/only...

I leave some folders to View All, like the Mail Trash, and others I sent
manually to View All then run the script manually then return the view to
unread only. If I could get CTM to add that to the AppleScript dictionary
I could modify the script to change the view to view all and then set it
back to whatever the view was before.
