Frank, I'm not familiar with the origins of this error, but I would delete and rebuild my search indexes if I had the same problem. I'm not sure if that is a solution though, but as this occurs when you do a search and you already have done a rebuild, it seem like a likely candidate to investigate the results of. Others on the list may know more about this error?
