Look at your email's headers. (Use "Show Full Header" under the View menu if you don't have them turned on at the moment.) Look for "Content-Type." Does it say "text/plain"? If not, what does it say? If it is "text/html" then PowerMail will not necessarily read it. Click on the world icon at the bottom of the message to show the transcript in a browser. If it says "Multipart" then it likely is some kind of attachment and is encoded improperly.
