btw, if you received an html mail where you see all the code, you can
click into that message (either select it in the list view and then click
into the body of the message or open it in its own window and click into
the body of the message), select all (cmd-a) and then hit forward and it
will fully forward that html email (of course inclusive fwd header and
footer), or reply and it will correctly quote the full body of text. 

you do need to be in 'show plain text' mode with the message of course as
you can not select the body part of the message in html rendered mode.
