*This message was transferred with a trial version of CommuniGate(tm) Pro* You don't have to use a separate program, unless you really want to. There are a set of scripts on Wayne's PM site that I've written/adapted to utilize with PowerMail and digests.
The bundle is called "Burst Digest". What you do is to set a filter for incoming digests to move the digests to a folder and then run the "Burst Digest" script. The scripts will then burst all the digests and, depending upon the preferences that you set up the first time you run the script, will automatically insert a Reply-To: listaddress into the burst messages. That way you can reply directly to the list. Also in the package is a script to clean up the message subject to strip all those annoying "[PowerMail]" or whatever list title seems to be embedded into the message subject. There is much more info in the package ReadMe. To each his own but this way you can view individual messages, have them sort correctly, reply to the list and never leave PowerMail. If someone finds a digest that doesn't seem to burst correctly let me know so I can try to fix it. This will not work with MIME digests. -- Andy Fragen TiBook 400/384 RAM - OS X 10.2.4 - PowerMail v4.1.2 PowerMail AppleScript Archives: http://homepage.mac.com/wayneb/powermail.html
