There's also a keyboard shortcut for what you want; assuming I understand
what you want, that is.

Command- R is the sequence for '"Reply to Sender."  If you use Shift-
Command- R you will get "Reply to All."  This is the same thing Andy told
you about via the toolbar, and both these options are available from the
Mail menu as well.
