I very much want to switch from Eudora to PowerMail. I have been testing PM for a couple of days and have found no problems until now. I love the quartz display of message text.
But now I imported my email from Eudora 5.2. PM "quit unexpectedly" during the import of several thousand messages). When I restarted it, it appears that some messages are missing and all attachments are missing. Please advise. Can PM import large numbers of Eudora messages intact with their attachments? (Note: I have not yet paid for PM, which may have something to do with it stopping. I would pay in an instant if I was sure it was going to import my old messages properly.) Mac OS 10.2.2, PM 4.1.1. Is there an archive of this list, so I could look up questions that have already been answered?
