I, for one, have seen it several versions back happen occasionally. But since it is only a minor nuisance (compared to PM crashing, e.g. :-)), I never went through the hoops of reporting it since I couldn't reproduce it reliably. Changing folders or restarting PM (don't know which) fixed it for me, and that was/is a viable workaround. Regards, Christian.
