Probably not. PM is seeing only Sound Control Panel. Soundflower is a system extension to pipe one application CA output to another application's CA input. Soundfloer Bed is to pipe application CA output to CA driver if you are using multiple CA devices. They are not for what you are looking for. On the other hand, I bet you can sample sound produced from PM to Kontakt2 using Soundflower. Soundflower Bed has been crashing ever since I moved up to MBP2.4 from AlBook.
