Before you do that, if you want to spend some time at this [one time] start a new message and begin the "to" field with A. Choose any of those that you want to add to your address book if they don't already have the address book symbol next to them. Then another new message and B. Then go to the step Jim outlined above... it is no different from what he said except you have a chance to go through and see if there are any addresses you want to save.
