I have all updates. I also have been using 1Password for the last 3 or 4
months.

PowerMail is now working fine -- exactly as it did before Leopard.

Sounds kind of like the problem I had. What happens when you uncheck
"Save passwords in Mac OS keychain," but put your passwords in for each
account?
