Hi,

from the SpamSieve manual:

Quit PowerMail, then delete the folder:
/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/PowerMail
and then re-launch it. (If the script files that PowerMail uses to
communicate with SpamSieve may be damaged, this will fix them.)
