1. Replying to Greek emails still hangs PowerMail. (Old old problem).
Indexes need to be rebuilt when starting again.
2. HTML messages with embedded photos still don't display properly. The
pictures appear as attachments.
3. Links in HTML messages still do not always work when clicked on.
4. (new in 6.0): If you do an auto reply to a message, the message
itself is modified. This becomes a problem if you want to do further
processing on the message.
