Hi, You're way ahead of me....I also paid for the upgrade - at least I think I did - but I have not been sent a key. I still love PowerMail, but sometimes the quirky support is a little too quirky.
Meanwhile, have you tried dragging the PM key icon on to the PowerMail application icon? That's how it used to work.
