Receiving pane:

User account ID: your icloud user id , ie [email protected]
Incoming mail server: imap.mail.me.com
[X] Save password: <your_password>

Advanced:

[X] Use secure connection (SSL/TLS) [X] Use port: 993
(*) On a dedicated secure port
