I decided to use the "Archive and Cleanup" command today to archive all mail received and sent before 01/01/2012. I ran it and specified a new user environment. It ran for a while and completed with no error message. However, the new user environment is empty, no mail at all. All my mail is still present in the original environment. I reran the command and pointed it to the newly created environment and still no mail was archived.
Is there a trick to running this or doesn't it work yet? Geoff
