I decided to use the "Archive and Cleanup" command today to archive all mail
received and sent before 01/01/2012. I ran it and specified a new user
environment. It ran for a while and completed with no error message. However,
the new user environment is empty, no mail at all. All my mail is still present
in the original environment. I reran the command and pointed it to the newly
created environment and still no mail was archived.
Is there a trick to running this or doesn't it work yet?

I'm still trying to resolve a problem with one of my POP3 accounts where I
can't send mail but can receive mail.
I'm now getting the following error:
Unexpected error on "relay.johnlewisbroadband.com" Class='NetP', what=2,
when=1, err=0
HELO requires valid address
This account works fine on Apple Mail. What do I need to do to get it to work
with PowerMail?

Hi,
look the thread invalid helo cmd.
It's a bug.
if you are not on Maverik, you can downgrade:
<http://ctmdevcom.ipage.com/powermail/pm615.dmg>
else you are basically out of luck :(
cheers
Matthias
p.s. if you want the NSA not to read your mails, well use Mail and OpenPGP

Hi Matthias,
Any word on when/if this will be fixed? Would love to hear from CTM on this.

Thanks for the response Matthias. I'll wait for a fix from PowerMail.
