Palo Verde provides the following response:

At Palo Verde, we post Radiation Areas in the plant with yellow and magenta 
ropes and radiation warning signs.  We will attach the rope to wall supports 
and if needed us stanchions to keep the rope positioned at waist level.  We do 
not use swing gates for RA postings..
