At Duke Energy, we are looking to change our dry fuel storage system. However, the cost to do this significantly exceeds our cost per person-rem avoided. Do you have anything besides a straight economic evaluation that you use (e.g., attaining INPO goals, INPO first quartile, plant goals, etc)? Any examples would be appreciated! Thanks!
